You’re charged according to which size band your product falls into and how many units you’re shipping in each order.

For example, if you are shipping a 2 UPO order, and it is made up of a light envelope 80 g item and a standard parcel 9.9 kg item, then the items will be charged at the 2 UPO price for the respective size tier of each item. This is the calculation method for all ship speeds.

Pan-European program: You control where you inbound products, and Amazon distributes them without additional fees. In countries offering placement options (DE, FR, IT, ES), you access local MCF fulfilment fees and expedited delivery. Should you enroll in the Pan-European program and inbound in Germany while shipping to France, Italy, or Spain, you incur local fulfilment rates plus these surcharges: €0.25 for envelopes, €0.35 for parcels, and €2.00 for oversize items.

Central Europe programme (CEP): You can extend Amazon’s fulfilment network to Poland and the Czech Republic for your German Inventory that would normally remain in Germany only. Your expanded storage across Poland and the Czech Republic generates savings of €0.26 per delivered unit.

3. Optional Services Fee

UK and European sellers have nothing to worry about for now. Amazon hasn’t revealed any plans to discontinue FBA prep and labeling services in your markets. 

U.S. sellers face a tougher reality from the beginning of January 1, 2026. Yes, they will be responsible for all prep and labeling work before shipments reach Amazon’s fulfillment centers. Those convenient Amazon services will no longer be available.

If your shipment includes units arriving after you’ve already been partially charged the FBA manual processing fee for that shipment, you’ll be billed for these additional units during the next 14-day or month-end interval.

Your billing currency matches your inbound country. You’ll be charged in £ for UK sales, and in € and SEK for sales in other EU stores.
