Arishekar N Named Vice President of Marketing at AMZ Prep as Company Expands U.S. eCommerce Fulfillment Network
New York, United States | February 2026
AMZ Prep today announced that Arishekar N has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing. In his new role he will lead the company’s marketing and growth strategy with a strong focus on expanding AMZ Prep’s presence across the United States.
Arishekar brings more than 15 years of experience building marketing engines and demand systems for eCommerce companies. At AMZ Prep he led global teams across SEO, content, partnerships, demand generation, and performance marketing, while helping align marketing directly with revenue growth and customer acquisition.
“Arishekar runs entire offices on his own,” said Blair Forrest, CEO of AMZ Prep. “There are team builders, and then there is building a branch from scratch and finding gems inside it. Ari does both. He finds the people, teaches them how to win, and then builds the systems so the whole team keeps improving.”
“Some people work on the ground and run marketing campaigns,” said Imtiaz Kermali. “Some people grow teams. Some people build systems. The rare ones create entirely new systems that change how the work happens. Ari is one of those people.”
AMZ Prep has built a reputation as one of the few logistics companies designed specifically for the needs of modern eCommerce brands. The company operates a fully operational fulfillment infrastructure built around the realities of Amazon and direct to consumer commerce rather than traditional retail distribution.
With 50+ strategically located warehouses across North America and Europe, AMZ Prep gives brands access to a distributed fulfillment network that allows faster delivery coverage across the United States while maintaining the strict operational metrics required by Amazon.
The company focuses heavily on Amazon first logistics. Its services are built to support Amazon FBA prep, Seller Fulfilled Prime readiness, multi node fulfillment, cross border shipping, and direct to consumer order processing from a single integrated logistics network.
What makes AMZ Prep different from traditional 3PL providers is its focus on operational readiness for marketplace sellers. The company’s infrastructure is designed around Amazon performance requirements such as shipment accuracy, delivery speed, and inventory visibility. This allows brands to maintain Prime level performance while still operating outside Amazon’s own fulfillment network.
Through its warehouse network, technology integrations, and specialized operational processes, AMZ Prep powers fulfillment for brands shipping millions of products each year across the U.S. and international markets.
The company supports brands at all stages of growth, from startups launching their first products to global consumer companies such as Supergoop, JBL, Mid Day Square, Duracell, Eight Sleep, and Unilever.
“Marketing should make growth easier for the brands we work with,” said Arishekar. “Our job is to make it clear how our infrastructure helps sellers scale faster, ship faster, and operate with confidence.”
As Vice President of Marketing, Arishekar will focus on strengthening AMZ Prep’s position as a leading Amazon focused logistics partner while expanding the company’s reach across the North American eCommerce ecosystem.
