This website is operated and maintained by AMZ Prep Canada (hereinafter referred to as AMZ Prep or the Company), a company registered in Canada and having its principal place of business at 9 Van der Graaf Crt, Brampton, ON, Canada L6T 5E5. This electronic document, referred to henceforth as the Terms and Conditions, describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of this website.

Definitions


Website means this website.
Individual means a natural human being.
Entity means any Individual or group of Individuals recognized by law and having legal rights and obligations.
Person means any Individual or Entity.
Bot means any mechanical, or computer hardware or software construct that can be programmed by a Person to perform one or more task.
Use means accessing any content on the Website, including, but not limited to accessing web pages on the website, viewing or downloading pictures that appear on web pages or otherwise, and downloading files from the website.
User means a Person or Bot who Uses the website, including you.

Data Subject means the identified or identifiable Person to whom Personal Data relates.
Registration refers to the action of a User to create a digital identity for themselves on the Website for allowing the Website to identify the said User uniquely.
User Data means Personal Data provided by a User at the time of Registration.
Processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Controller means the Person who determines the purpose and means of Processing Personal Data.
Processor means the Person who performs Processing on Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.
Information is any communication presented/ disclosed to users registered with the Website through, including but not limited to, marketing communication material/ leaflets/ brochures/ website and other information disseminating sources/ materials.

  7. The terms and conditions described in this document may change from time to time and it is the responsibility of the Users to review the latest version of this document periodically and maintain compliance with the latest terms and conditions.

Registration


Registration is free, on-going and non-transferable, and is valid until the time you maintain conformity with the terms and conditions described in this document. You acknowledge and accept that Registration is entirely voluntary and that you do so of your own free will. Registration can be withdrawn by you or the Company at any time, with or without cause. You agree to keep your password in safe custody preventing the same from theft or misuse. The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft or sharing of password that may result in, including but not limited to, wrongful details on your User Data, loss of profile details, loss of reputation or any other consequential or inconsequential damages.
You agree to provide your true, accurate and complete details, including but not limited to personal details, address, phone numbers, email addresses and other information, should you choose to do so. The Company shall not be held liable for any misleading, inaccurate, inappropriate or incomplete details provided by you during Registration. Further, you agree to keep your User Data updated at all times.

Role of the Company


The Company is the Controller and the Processor for the Personal Data provided by a User at the time of Registration. Users enter into an agreement with the Company at the time of Registration to provide complete and correct information about themselves, to share such information with the Company, and agree to the Company being the Controller and Processor for such Personal Data.

Nature of Processing


The Company Processes User Data for the following purposes:
  1. Identifying Users uniquely, enabling Users to access services offered by the Website;
  2. Fulfilling shipments on behalf of the Users;
  3. Identifying usage patterns of the Website's services;
  4. Identify potential problems with the Website or avenues of improvement;
  5. Monitor Users' compliance with these terms and conditions.
The Company does not sell Personal Data to any third-party without prior written permission of the Data Subject, unless obliged to do so by prevailing laws.

Data Policy


What data are collected?

  • Name, including first, middle and family name;
  • Contact details, including email address and phone number;
  • Name of the industry in which the User works;
  • Name of the company, business or organization the User works for;
  • User's title or designation at the company, business or organization.
Additionally, the Website also collects data indirectly through its technology, such as Internet access logs and cookies.

How are data collected?

Users provide basic information such as name, contact details, industry and organization details directly at the time of Registration, through a form on the Website. Such data are mandatory for Users to complete Registration. Data such as access history and cookies are collected automatically by the Website's technology.

Who collects the data?

The Company collects most of the data through the Website. It may also collect data on aggregate usage patterns of the Website through a third-party. It does not buy or receive any data through any other third-party.

Why are data collected?

Data collected directly from Users are required to identify the Users uniquely, for monitoring their authorized use of the Website and its associated Services, and to reach out to the Users in case required.
Shipment data collected are used for handling shipments on behalf of the Users. The Company does not use the shipment data for any other purpose, such as contacting the recipients of shipments or selling such data to any third party.
Cookies are used to identify Users uniquely while they use the Website. Without the use of cookies, Users may not be able to sign in and use the services offered by the Website.
Other data collected indirectly are used solely for the purposes of analyzing aggregate user behavior with an aim of improving the Website. Under normal circumstances, indirectly collected data are never used on an individual basis and are only used to generate and analyze aggregate trends. We may look at individual data records only under extraordinary circumstances such as those necessitated by law, or if we believe a particular User to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

Are User Data sold?

We do not sell, distribute or lease Personal Data to anyone without prior written consent from Users, unless we are obliged to do so by law.

Are User Data shared?

We partner with competent affiliates and partners for the purpose of moving storing and moving goods on behalf of the Users. We need to share shipment data with our affiliates and partners so that they can fulfill shipments on behalf of the Users, and such shipment data may contain User Data like names, addresses and phone numbers.

AMZ Prep Parcel - Terms of Service

Your access and use of the AMZ Prep platform available at parcel.amzprep.com, along with all associated services we offer, are subject to these Terms of Service. Your use of parcel.amzprep.com signifies your acceptance of these Terms of Service and your commitment to follow all relevant laws and regulations. Should you disagree with any part of these Terms of Service, you must refrain from accessing this website or utilizing any services offered by AMZ Prep. AMZ Prep retains full discretion to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When updates occur, this document will be revised accordingly. All modifications become effective upon publication.

Usage Restrictions

  • Creating derivative works, copying, modifying, decompiling, or reverse engineering any content or software on this platform;
  • Eliminating copyright notices or proprietary marks from platform materials or software;
  • Duplicating materials to other servers or transferring them to third parties;
  • Intentionally or carelessly utilizing this platform or related services in ways that harm or interfere with our infrastructure or other services we provide;
  • Transmitting or distributing unlawful, obscene, harassing, fraudulent, or indecent content through this platform or its services;
  • Operating this platform or its services contrary to applicable legal requirements;
  • Deploying this platform for distributing spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
  • Collecting or aggregating user information without explicit consent;
  • Utilizing this platform or its services in manners that violate third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or other legal protections.

Client Obligations for Shipping Services

  • Providing complete and accurate shipping information, including full recipient details, address, package measurements, and declared merchandise value.
  • Confirming all shipments meet carrier specifications, including proper labeling, packaging standards, and weight requirements.
  • Checking restrictions on hazardous materials and prohibited items prior to shipment booking.
  • Covering all duties, customs charges, and taxes applicable to cross-border shipments.
  • Monitoring shipments via carrier tracking platforms and promptly informing AMZ Prep of service problems.
Non-compliance with these obligations may lead to extra charges, delayed deliveries, or account suspension.

Payment Terms

Charges for all shipments are processed upon label generation, independent of shipment completion status. Clients can directly cancel labels not yet used within fourteen (14) calendar days of generation. Label cancellation requests after this 14 day window require submission to AMZ Prep Support. Refunds for cancelled shipments within the permitted timeframe will be credited to the original payment source upon cancellation approval.
  • American Express transactions incur an additional processing charge of 1.5%.
  • Invoices not paid within agreed terms will accrue a late fee of 3%.
  • Clients have thirty (30) calendar days from invoice issuance to dispute charges. Beyond this period, all invoiced amounts are deemed accepted and final.

Proprietary Rights

AMZ Prep owns or holds licenses for all intellectual property contained within this platform, protected under applicable copyright and trademark legislation. By posting, uploading, sharing, or transmitting content containing intellectual property rights through our platform or services, you provide us with a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to utilize, modify, distribute, execute, copy, display publicly, translate, or create derivative works from your content, consistent with your privacy settings and our Privacy Policy. This license terminates when you remove your content or close your account. However, where we or our partners have incorporated your content into commercial or sponsored materials, the license continues until such commercial usage ends. You authorize us to use your account username and identifying details in accordance with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.

Liability Limitations

This platform and all materials are offered on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent law permits, AMZ Prep provides no warranties, whether express or implied, and explicitly disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for specific purposes, non-infringement of intellectual property, or other rights violations. Under no circumstances will AMZ Prep or its partners bear responsibility for any consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to:
  • Lost business opportunities, revenue, profits, goodwill, savings, or reputational damage
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service unavailability or inability to access our platform
These limitations apply even when AMZ Prep or its authorized agents have received oral or written notice of potential damages.

Resolving Disputes & Legal Jurisdiction

Initial Resolution Attempts: Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage contacting our support team to resolve any disputes between you and AMZ Prep. Mediation & Arbitration Process:
  • Disputes, controversies, or claims related to these Terms of Service will initially proceed to mediation in Ontario, Canada.
  • Should mediation prove unsuccessful, binding arbitration under Ontario's Arbitration Act will exclusively resolve the matter.
  • Arbitration proceedings will occur in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, conducted in English.
Collective Action Waiver: You acknowledge and accept that disputes will be resolved individually rather than through class action proceedings.

Content Accuracy

Materials presented on our platform serve general informational purposes and are not exhaustive. AMZ Prep provides no guarantees regarding the accuracy, anticipated outcomes, or dependability of platform materials or any linked resources.

Third-Party Service Providers & Associated Liability

AMZ Prep collaborates with external carriers, fulfillment partners, and payment processing services to deliver logistics and shipping solutions. Using AMZ Prep means you understand and accept that:
  • AMZ Prep does not exercise direct operational control over third-party carriers (including FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, and others) and cannot ensure their service quality, delivery timeframes, or performance standards.
  • Claims regarding damaged, lost, or delayed shipments must be submitted to AMZ Prep, who will pursue resolution with the relevant carrier according to their policies and terms.
  • AMZ Prep bears no responsibility for service interruptions, additional charges, mistakes, or failures originating from third-party vendors, including:
    • Failed payment processing (such as credit card issuer problems).
    • Customs clearance delays.
    • Carrier-applied restrictions, additional fees, or penalties.

  • All account activity, including unauthorized transactions, is your responsibility.
  • AMZ Prep reserves authority to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, abuse, or unauthorized access.
  • Suspected unauthorized account access must be reported immediately.

Canadian Consumer Protection Compliance

AMZ Prep operates in compliance with relevant Canadian consumer protection regulations, including:
  • Competition Act (Canada) – Prevents misleading advertising and unfair business practices.
  • Consumer Protection Act (Ontario) – Safeguards consumer rights in service agreements.
  • Electronic Transactions Act – Establishes legal recognition of electronic contracts.

Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms of Service be determined wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed only to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability. All remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

Term Modifications & Client Notifications

AMZ Prep may revise these Terms of Service at any time to reflect regulatory changes, technological developments, or business practice updates.
  • Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
  • Continuing to use our services following updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
  • Disagreement with updated Terms requires immediate discontinuation of AMZ Prep services.

Force Majeure Clause

AMZ Prep bears no liability for performance failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
  • Natural disasters and acts of God (such as floods, hurricanes, earthquakes).
  • Governmental actions (including embargoes, regulatory changes, customs restrictions).
  • Supply chain disruptions or labor disputes.
  • Telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or technical breakdowns.
  • Public health emergencies, pandemics, or epidemics.
When force majeure events impact AMZ Prep's service delivery, we will:
  • Notify affected clients promptly.
  • Take reasonable commercial measures to restore operations.
This provision does not eliminate payment obligations for services already provided.

Delivery Timeframes & Carrier Service Standards

AMZ Prep provides delivery estimates based on third-party carrier information. You acknowledge:
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only, not guarantees.
  • Weather conditions, customs procedures, or operational issues may cause carrier delays.
  • AMZ Prep assumes no liability for missed deadlines, resulting revenue loss, or delay-related inconvenience.
  • Guaranteed delivery requires purchasing carrier-specific insurance or expedited service options where available.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Ontario, Canada law governs and interprets these Terms of Service, excluding conflict of law principles. Using our services means you:
  • Waive jurisdiction-based objections including inconvenience or other factors.
  • Consent to exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada courts for dispute resolution.

AMZ Prep Wallet Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") regulate your access to and use of the Wallet feature ("Wallet") offered by AMZ Prep, a division of Canada Worldwide Services Inc. ("AMZ Prep", "we", "us", or "our"). Wallet usage signifies your agreement to comply with these Terms, our general Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Maintain a valid, active AMZ Prep account with authorization to use the payment/funding method connected to your Wallet.
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law.
We may require additional verification information to confirm your identity or eligibility before Wallet activation or use.

Wallet Feature Description

The AMZ Prep Wallet functions as a prepaid balance tool enabling users to deposit advance funds for streamlined payment processing and stored value application toward shipping costs. Transaction history, current balances, and fund utilization are viewable through your AMZ Prep account dashboard. Critical Notice: The Wallet does not constitute a deposit account, credit facility, or banking account. It generates no interest and lacks insurance from financial regulators or institutions. We maintain authority to establish minimum and maximum deposit thresholds and may hold or delay fund availability for security or compliance purposes (such as fraud prevention checks or unusual activity investigation).

  • Credit card payments
  • Interac e-Transfer
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  • Wire transfer or alternative payment methods approved by AMZ Prep

Wallet Fund Application

Your AMZ Prep Wallet funds can be applied toward: Shipping bookings, Freight and courier expenses, Third-party carrier fees processed through the AMZ Prep platform, Supplementary services including insurance, storage, or brokerage

Usage Restrictions

  • Wallet funds are non-transferable between users.
  • Wallet balances cannot pay for services outside AMZ Prep's ecosystem.
  • Wallet funds are not convertible to cash except as mandated by law or under outlined refund terms.

Charges, Deductions, and Associated Fees

Wallet usage may incur:
  • Transaction or processing service fees
  • Payment dispute chargebacks or reversals
  • Reconciliation or overcharge adjustments
AMZ Prep may deduct these amounts from your Wallet balance when they occur. Complete fee and deduction records are accessible via your account dashboard.

Balance Monitoring and Transaction Records

Wallet balance and transaction history are accessible anytime through your AMZ Prep account login. You are responsible for:
  • Regularly reviewing Wallet activity.
  • Reporting suspicious or unauthorized transactions within 30 days of occurrence.
  • Maintaining adequate funds before ordering services.

Refund Policy and Withdrawal Procedures

Under normal circumstances, Wallet balances are non-refundable and non-transferable. Account termination or duplicate deposit situations may permit refund requests through written submission. Credit card refunds incur a 3% interchange fee. When possible, refunds are processed to the original payment method and require verification and administrative review. Refund processing requires 5–10 business days and is granted solely at AMZ Prep's discretion, unless otherwise legally required.

Account Suspension, Abuse, and Termination

We reserve authority to suspend or close your Wallet for:
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Promotional or credit abuse
  • Wallet usage for non-AMZ Prep service purposes
  • Violation of these Terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or applicable laws
Wallet suspension or termination may result in:
  • Temporary or permanent loss of stored fund access.
  • Fund withholding or refunding, subject to investigation outcomes.
  • No guarantee of reinstatement, which remains at AMZ Prep's sole discretion.

Warranty Disclaimers & Liability Caps

The Wallet is offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. AMZ Prep disclaims all express or implied warranties, including:
  • Particular purpose fitness
  • Wallet accuracy, availability, and reliability
  • Uninterrupted or continuous access
Liability Caps: To the fullest extent legally permissible, AMZ Prep bears no liability for:
  • Consequential, incidental, special, or indirect damages
  • Business, data, or profit losses
  • Third-party system errors or unauthorized access resulting from user negligence

Privacy and Data Protection

Wallet usage is governed by AMZ Prep's Privacy Policy, which dictates our collection, use, and protection of your personal and financial information. Wallet usage signifies your consent to:
  • Data processing required for Wallet feature operation
  • Financial activity secure storage according to industry standards

Terms Modification Policy

AMZ Prep retains authority to modify these Terms at any time. Significant modifications will trigger email or platform notifications. Continued Wallet usage after modifications take effect signifies acceptance of revised Terms. We recommend periodic Terms review for updates.

Governing Legal Framework

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to Province of Ontario, Canada laws, excluding conflict of laws provisions. Disputes arising under these Terms fall under exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts. Using our services signifies your agreement to:
  • Waive venue objections based on jurisdiction, inconvenience, or other factors.
  • Submit to exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada courts for disputes.
