Payment Terms
How charges, refunds, and fees work
Charges for shipping labels process when the label is generated, not when the shipment is completed. That timing matters for how refunds and disputes work.

Liability & Warranties
What AMZ Prep does and doesn't guarantee
To the maximum extent the law permits, AMZ Prep provides no warranties beyond what's stated in these Terms of Service, and explicitly disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of damages
AMZ Prep is not liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages. This includes, but isn't limited to, lost business opportunities, lost revenue or profits, data loss or corruption, and service unavailability.
Termination
When AMZ Prep can end access
AMZ Prep may immediately suspend or terminate your platform access and end the Terms of Service, with written notification, for any violation of these Terms of Service. There's no cure period built into that right; a violation is grounds for immediate action.
Governing Law & Disputes
Which law applies and how disputes get resolved
Ontario, Canada law governs and interprets these Terms of Service, excluding conflict of law principles.
- Step 1, mediation: disputes proceed to mediation in Ontario, Canada first.
- Step 2, arbitration: if mediation doesn't resolve the dispute, binding arbitration under Ontario's Arbitration Act follows.
- Jurisdiction: Ontario courts hold exclusive jurisdiction over these Terms of Service.

How do refunds work for shipping labels?
