Where is Temu located?
Temu is owned by PDD Holdings, whose principal executive offices are in Dublin, Ireland. In the US, Temu runs through Whaleco Inc., with an office in Boston, Massachusetts. Most of its supply chain sits in China.
Does Temu own warehouses in the US?
Mostly no. Temu relies on certified third-party warehouses and US-based sellers. Industry reporting says Temu runs a few self-operated US sites. It does not publish their addresses or open them to the public.
Where are Temu products made?
Most Temu products are made by manufacturers in China, especially around Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Yiwu. US-based sellers now also list goods on Temu. Those items ship from warehouses inside the US.
Does the EU €3 duty apply to Temu orders?
Yes, for parcels shipped into the EU from outside the bloc. From July 1, 2026, items under €150 carry a €3 duty per item category. Stock already held in EU warehouses ships without this parcel charge.
