What we run

Pick the service you came for

All seven share the same first four steps. Pick yours and the rest of the path redraws itself.

The process

Eleven steps. The first four never change.

Every brand we work with starts in the same place. Where your stock goes after step four depends on the service you came for, so pick it below and the path redraws itself.

Steps 01 – 04 Same for every service
  1. 01
Inbound stock booked in to an amz prep warehouse ahead of arrival
    You

Send your stock to our warehouse

Tell us what is coming and when. Our receiving team is ready before your truck arrives, so nothing sits on a dock.

  2. 02
Inbound freight being received on the dock at an amz prep warehouse
    Warehouse

    Your shipment is checked in

Cartons, pallets, or a full container. Our crew opens it the day it lands.

  3. 03
Amz prep team counting inventory and assigning storage locations
    Warehouse

We count it and put it away

Every quantity is verified and every unit inspected. If something is short or damaged, you get photos the same day.

  4. 04
Sales channels connected to the amz prep dashboard
    Automatic

Your stores connect to our system

We link your storefronts and marketplaces so orders, stock, and tracking move on their own. Nothing is emailed to us.

Steps 05 – 11 Choose your service

This is where your path splits

Seven services, seven different routes out of the building. Choose yours.

Steps 05 to 11 change with the service. Tap yours and the rest of the path opens below.

Freight

We can move your stock before it reaches us

Freight is the quickest way to test how we work. Most brands start here, then move more across once they see the numbers.

  • Ocean, full and shared containers from China, Europe, and India
  • Air freight when stock has to land fast
  • Domestic trucking from port to our warehouse or into Amazon
  • Customs handled by our own team, including duty and Section 321

Beyond the list

Work outside the standard list

Products rarely fit a template. If your SKU needs a step no 3PL has a checkbox for, a specific insert order, a shrink wrap spec, a re‑label run before a retail drop, describe it and our team will build the process around it. Most brands ask for something unusual in the first month, and it is never a problem.

Returns, part one

Every return arrives with photos

We shoot the shipping label and the contents before anything moves. You decide what happens to a unit before it goes anywhere, so nothing disappears into a pile.

Returns, part two

You call what happens to each unit

Set the rule once and we apply it to every package that comes back, or decide package by package. Whichever you choose, our team carries it out and logs the outcome against the RMA.

Back to stockSellable condition, returned to its bin and back in your available count.
InspectOpened and assessed against your criteria before we log a verdict.
DisposeWritten off and removed, with the disposal recorded against the RMA.
Ship againRepacked and sent straight back out to a new address you supply.
Getting started

From first call to first shipment

Most brands are live in 2 to 3 business days. No setup fees. No long contracts. The first three steps are the only ones that need much of your time.

Straight answers

Questions operators actually ask

They arrive on their own. Once your store is connected, Navigate reads your storefront and marketplaces and drops each order straight onto the warehouse floor. There is no upload step and no manual file to maintain.

Their order shows as fulfilled in your store, and a tracking number reaches them by email as soon as the label scans. The experience stays under your brand throughout.

Yes. Both connect directly, along with Walmart, TikTok Shop and the other marketplaces we support. Connections are set up and tested during onboarding, before your first order goes live.

Yes. Prep, storage and forwarding into Amazon all happen in our own buildings, so one team owns the unit from the moment it arrives until it checks in at an Amazon fulfillment center.

Yes. Raise the request in Navigate with your instructions and our team works to them. If it needs a conversation first, your account manager will start one.

Yes. Ocean, air and domestic trucking, plus customs and duty. Brands save 20 to 25% on average against national brokers.

Yes, both. Each one is received, scanned and photographed before you choose what happens to it, back to stock, inspect, ship again, or dispose.

The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands and Dubai, across more than fifty locations. You can hold stock in several of them from one account.

We invoice each month for the work done the month before. Every line shows the volume behind it and maps back to the rate card you signed.

Most brands are connected and shipping stock in 2 to 3 business days. The limiting factor is usually how fast your freight can reach us, not how fast we can onboard you.
