Work outside the standard list
Products rarely fit a template. If your SKU needs a step no 3PL has a checkbox for, a specific insert order, a shrink wrap spec, a re‑label run before a retail drop, describe it and our team will build the process around it. Most brands ask for something unusual in the first month, and it is never a problem.
Every return arrives with photos
We shoot the shipping label and the contents before anything moves. You decide what happens to a unit before it goes anywhere, so nothing disappears into a pile.
You call what happens to each unit
Set the rule once and we apply it to every package that comes back, or decide package by package. Whichever you choose, our team carries it out and logs the outcome against the RMA.
One login for everything
Navigate is the dashboard your team logs into. Stock, orders, tracking, invoices and requests sit in one place, so nobody reconciles four screens. We built it and we run it ourselves, so when you need a change we make it.
Stock you can actually see
Unit counts by location, updated as the floor moves them. Reconciliation stops being a monthly event.
Requests take one form
Raise any job from inside Navigate. Pick a ready‑made request or write your own, and see the cost before it runs.
Status moves as the work moves
You watch each request travel from submitted to finished on its own. Nobody chases anybody.
From first call to first shipment
Most brands are live in 2 to 3 business days. No setup fees. No long contracts. The first three steps are the only ones that need much of your time.

They arrive on their own. Once your store is connected, Navigate reads your storefront and marketplaces and drops each order straight onto the warehouse floor. There is no upload step and no manual file to maintain.
Their order shows as fulfilled in your store, and a tracking number reaches them by email as soon as the label scans. The experience stays under your brand throughout.
Yes. Both connect directly, along with Walmart, TikTok Shop and the other marketplaces we support. Connections are set up and tested during onboarding, before your first order goes live.
Yes. Prep, storage and forwarding into Amazon all happen in our own buildings, so one team owns the unit from the moment it arrives until it checks in at an Amazon fulfillment center.
Yes. Raise the request in Navigate with your instructions and our team works to them. If it needs a conversation first, your account manager will start one.
Yes. Ocean, air and domestic trucking, plus customs and duty. Brands save 20 to 25% on average against national brokers.
Yes, both. Each one is received, scanned and photographed before you choose what happens to it, back to stock, inspect, ship again, or dispose.
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands and Dubai, across more than fifty locations. You can hold stock in several of them from one account.
We invoice each month for the work done the month before. Every line shows the volume behind it and maps back to the rate card you signed.
Most brands are connected and shipping stock in 2 to 3 business days. The limiting factor is usually how fast your freight can reach us, not how fast we can onboard you.
Move your fulfillment to AMZ Prep
Send us your volume, SKU count and channels. You will get rates and a warehouse placement recommendation back, with no obligation to use them.
