Through successfully taking over the day-to-day operations inside their vendor central, AMZ now handles the PO’s on their behalf, navigates freight, manages chargebacks, disputes & claims. This way, Minute Rice can continue to focus on their retail channels and ensuring Amazon is taken care of by their Amazon extension here at AMZ.
