Our typical processing time on Kickstarter campaigns is 24 – 72 hours from the moment we receive the product(s) until the final order is shipped out.
The variability in timing is not based on order quantity because we often know that in advance and can staff the project accordingly to shoot for a 24-hour turnaround.
The only time that this process takes longer and requires multiple days is if there are lots of different product configurations that require more than typical training and management of the project.

We often work directly with the carriers and our sister company, eShipper, to negotiate a specific rate for these types of shipments.
Because of the sheer number of campaigns and flash sales we support, this allows us to do a high volume product-specific rate quote to drive the price down for you.

By shipping to Canada, you can relieve yourself of any duties when shipping into the US from our Canadian location.
It may seem crazy to think you can eliminate duty fees on imported goods, but it’s possible.
There are two major steps:
First, you adjust your supply chain to ship your goods to Canada.
This makes you eligible for Duty Deferrals or Duty Drawback programs, as well as Canada’s more generous Free Trade Agreements.
Second, your customers in the U.S. place an order (U.S. consumers are entitled to have up to $800 USD shipped to them daily and duty-free with Section 321).
Once those orders are delivered to the US customer, your duty drawback is issued.
We will handle this entire process for you, so it’s not a difficult task. Speak to your account manager and they will get things set up for you.
